- Master Data (View Only): Both Executive and Supervisor Apps allow users to view master data, including dealer, retailer, and farm information, sourced from clients existing system. This data is strictly view-only; no edit, delete, or removal functions are available to users.

- Login Information: Users log in using their registered Employee ID and a password. We collect login credentials to authenticate users and protect against unauthorized access.
- Location Data: We collect location data when users access features like Geo & Selfie Attendance, Beat Planning, and Visit with Geo-Fencing in the Executive App. This data helps verify attendance and track visits as per planned routes.
- Selfie and Geo-Attendance Data: For attendance verification, the app captures selfies and geo-location data when users check in to work. This data is used solely for attendance management and compliance monitoring.
- User-Generated Data: This includes farm creation details, feedback, farm visit reports, beat planning, sales orders, and compliance data entered by users during their work in both the Executive and Supervisor Apps.
- Sales Order Data: Sales orders can be generated within the Executive App, capturing details such as product name, quantity, pricing, and order status. This data is used to facilitate order processing and maintain records for future reference.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use, including IP address, device type, and operating system, for security and optimization purposes.
- Expense Data: Expense claims, including travel and daily allowances, are recorded based on user inputs and GPS measurements.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain Services: To enable core functionalities like viewing master data, attendance management, visit tracking, sales order generation, expense claims, and report generation in both the Executive and Supervisor Apps.
- Security and Authentication: To secure user access, authenticate logins, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Sales Order Processing: Sales order data is used to facilitate order management, processing, and communication between sales officers and supervisors.
- Performance Monitoring: To track user activity, monitor compliance, and generate leaderboards, especially in the Supervisor App for oversight functions.
- Location-Based Features: To manage location-dependent functionalities like Geo-Fencing and visit tracking.
- Analytics and Reporting: To evaluate farm performance, attendance, sales orders, and other metrics for supervisors and admins, particularly through the Supervisor App.
